Have you heard of
« on: December 18, 2011, 07:24:10 AM »

Has anyone any info on the following golden age titles
they are short comic stories within a main comic book i think, but not sure, if anyone has heard of them can you post info on year and artist?

Title:Warriors of the west #1
Introducing Crazy Horse Leader of the sioux
3 page story

Title: fearless Ferdie (no number so probably a one shot?)
Subtitle: The Canine Cop in the case of the Kid Kicker
2 page story (dog goofy type hero)

Title: Kit Kerry (no number)
subtitle:Detective
2 page story (in this one there is a amazon type women with wings )

Any help would be appreciated

I don't know the answer, but is the first one this: http://www.comics.org/issue/227306/#829545 ?

It doesn't list the artist, but it says the year was 1952.

You can see if we have that story at this link -
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/index.php?dlid=663
Hit Preview and it should start on pg 13

And a direct link to the story should start here-
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/preview/index.php?did=662&page=13

I can't help on the others.

The Grand Comic Database will let you search by story titles too -
http://www.comics.org/   and change the radio button beside 'Series Name' to 'Story Title'.

Good luck!

Hmmm, this is a mystery to me!
It's hard to see what is going on in your Indians cover (there was no #25 btw).
You can see a gallery for all their 17 issues at this link and I don't see any with what looks like a sunset cover that you plate shows.

Sorry for putting them up one at a time, due to file size i can only do it this way, if i went smaller would lose too much quality

here is close up of cover of indians #21

Hi Rob,
This one is clearly a reprint of FH's INDIANS #15 which you can see here -
http://images.comics.org//img/gcd/covers_by_id/208/w100/208736.jpg?-4187532958662699293

I can also see a foreign price stamp of 8d which makes it British or Australian.
I'm having trouble making out the publisher name in your scan.
