Comment made at: Nature Boy 004I question the Mastroserio art credits. A few panels look as if some pencils are Rocke's and other panels may be his inks, but in general there seems to be a wide style variation on both pencils and inks. In one or two places, mostly on the Nature Boy figures, the art may be Rocke inking over Buscema pencils -- or someone doing a fair job of ghosting the early Buscema style, with Rocke doing a faithful inking job. In one or two places, it looks as if Dick Giordano was involved. I suspect this was an all-hands-on-deck rush job with anyone with a free hour roped into contributing.
On the other hand, the Bob Powell "Pecos Bill" is great fun. Powell's fluid art is perfect for this humor strip.
