Synopsis: While in the public library, Larry happens upon a newspaper item from 1938, telling of Schemer Beamer's theft of the Mafoosky Gems, and eventually imprisonment for 10 years. He realizes that the sentence is nearly up and that the crook will be soon released and able to rejoin his mob.

Synopsis: In the intervening years, Beamer's mob has changed, as the boys have grown weaker and the lady has put on a few pounds. They jump into a beat-up convertible only to discover that Funnyman is their chauffeur, and the Screwball Scrapper takes them on a wild ride into an elevator entrance of an old building. After many unsuccessful attempts to dispose of their driver, the gang is apprehended with a crate of the Mafoosky jewels in their possession, and a jealous Sgt. Harrigan kicks Funnyman in his steel-plated rear.

Synopsis: Once again, Sam escapes from a Police van and runs smack into the clutches of Funnyman on his motorcycle. But Slim eludes the Dashing Daredevil and follows Slim through a window of a nearby house while a child's birthday party is in progress. Funnyman is led by a girl into a dark room for a game of post office and he is promptly cracked over the head by Slim. Recovering, Funnyman eventually rounds up Slim during a pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey game.
