Comment: I love the Harvey comics and Black Cat is my favorite Harvey character. Among my favorite Golden Age artists is Bob Powell. Lee Elias is the artist I most associate with Black Cat, but it's nice to see a Bob Powell Black Cat. Other decent costumed heroes and heroines here too!
