Thank you for filling in the missing pages! If you have access to a book you should scan it and post it in a complete form for the benefit of all (individuals can then delete the stuff they don't want later).

Oh the comments I'd like to add. Thanks HP for the fills. c2c is the only way to preserve the history of these great old books. If I wanted incomplete books I'd buy them off of (online auction site, you know, wink wink). But seriously most of these books that are incomplete for real became that way because no one took care of them. I'll try my best to at least take care of this scan.
