Scanned by Titansfan from a coverless and incomplete comic also missing the centrefold.
Edits by Yoc using HA for the FC and RC pages and the 'bhcomics' version for the centrefold fills.
The IFC is a reconstruction using the ifc from Feature Comics #38.
The IBC was also taken from Feature 38.

Now with paper scans for 'Red Bee' story pgs 1-2. Missing ifc reconstruction restored to file.
