Fixes a page order problem.

1945 - 400 dpi scan of a coverless copy with staples removed to minimize inside gutter loss. Front and back covers from Heritage. IFC and IBC from existing scan by Narfstar, edited to better match the rest of the scan. Accuracy of IBC repair confirmed with photo on Worthpoint. Unaltered IFC and IBC included as "extras."
