Upon hearing that the former hero is at the federal penitentiary helping prisoners escape, Billy changes to Captain Marvel and travels to the prison to stop Spy Smasher. But Spy Smasher escapes, captures the good Captain, and subjects him to the Brainograph once belonging to the Mask! |
