Original Publication including ads. This is my first contribution. Hopefully I'm doing this right. These are scans off my personal copy. If you plan to use them for print contact me first (I have higher quality files and the raw scans).
Beanlynch's file upload has been fixed to display pages in their proper order on the site and remove Mac unique files.
