Upgrade of coverless scan by rangerhouse that turned out to be #8. I've added his 2 inside ad pages to my scan which includes the front cover, inside front cover, and back cover that his was missing. It is still missing the inside back cover (which I originally neglected to scan, and the issue is currently in storage). I believe it was another ad page.
