Notes: No indicia or copyright date. All ads and two short features from Blue Beetle #25 replaced with new ads. There are no indications on the item as to its publisher. We formerly listed this title under Fox, following Howard Keltner's Golden Age Comic Books Index, but GCD scholars agree it was much more likely produced by Holyoke right at about the time Holyoke lost the rights to the Blue Beetle to Fox. The notion that this was produced for use as a savings bond premium appears to originate with The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide, and is also disputed by GCD experts.
