Comment:	Yes and no. I don't get it myself. These pages were missing in the fiche version as well as in my copy. Book is oddly numbered. Page 3 is called "Page 1". I thought they started printing on the inside front cover (ifc) but there's an editorial. If a full sheet of paper is missing, why weren't they in the fiche (back of page 1 must have been there) - forgotten? Experts come to help, please...

Comment:	I have encountered actual fiche where a single side of a page was missing, sometimes with one of the other pages scanned twice. It sounds like a case of poor quality control to me during the proofing process. But it's also possible that whoever scanned the fiche might have missed a page and not noticed.
