Comment: I accidentally rated this book a 5--sorry about that. Meant to rate it 9. Were it all paper scans, it'd easily get a 10! Two Jack Cole stories, one Dick Briefer and some other high-octane 1941 funnybook goodness--definitely worth checking out!

Synopsis: The Claw, in a weakened condition after the savage beating inflicted on him by Daredevil, is found guilty by a jury and sentenced to die in the electric chair. When he is placed in the chair and the current is administered, the Claw regains his power and escapes. He leads his gang to a volcanic crater in the Rockies, which he declares will be the future capital of the United States. To seal that intent, he captures Daredevil and burns him at the stake.
