This is an upgrade to the earlier upload by primeUser -- the 2 missing text pages are added (from snard's new upload) to complete it, and the fc & bc are replaced by HAG versions.
NOTE: the primeUser upgrade-version started out as a bhcomics scan uploaded by me, but along with adding an ibc+bc, he also enhanced all the scans, making it a totally different version.
NOTE2: the fc & ifc appear out of order. I'll try to upload a fixed version soon. To fix it yourself, add a second zero to the ifc filename: change it from pg(0)ifc to pg(00)ifc
