||As a girl, Ellen fell from a horse and broke her nose. She grows up insecure about her appearance as a result. She’s attracted to fellow college student Bill, but he gives her the brush-off. Ellen’s uncle Bob, a plastic surgeon with experience working on wounded soldiers in Korea, repairs Ellen’s nose. Now Bill is interested, but he breaks up with her after a short time. Ellen dates Dick on the rebound, but has to be saved from his crude passes by long-time friend Harry. She realizes Harry is the only person who loved and defended her all her life, even before her nose job.
