Comment: As good as issue #1. High production values, vivid color, sharp lettering, fine art, even if some of the stories are not great. I just like Phantom Lady even if the story was not so great, and still think her head is one of the best drawn in comics. But the crown jewel is the Plastic Man story, it is really great. The plasticity gimmick is very original, adds endless visual and narrative interest, and there is an irrepressible joie de vivre in the story that makes it a perfect comic. It alone would make this comic a 10.
