Whoever wrote the "Young Robin Hood" comic didn't realize there was another Archer who had debuted earlier at DC Comics: in fact, he was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and appeared in their Superman comic.  The earlier Archer appeared in ACTION COMICS #2 (if my memory serves me correctly).
