Comment made at: Joe Palooka 015_c2c_(JVJ) Featuring ATOMAJoe Palooka Comics #15, December 1947 by Harvey Publications c2c, 52 pages. No index card was sent with this issue, the only artist I know for sure in the book is one from with Bob Powell art, (an interesting style used on that story as the pages are shaped like numbers for each page).
