Tegra was reprinted in a Canadian comic: Surprising Adventures (Bell Features, 1948 series) #11. These scans (except the cover) have the washed-out bad printing of Canadian comics, so I assume that's where they're from.

As mentioned in the first ZEGRA entry, the TEGRA story is actually an altered Rulah story with Rulah's name being replaced with Tegra's (Tegra's name is handwritten while the rest of the text is printed, because Rulah's name had been removed from the original art previously), and her bikini pattern altered to that of a zebra.

This is the Fox original.  The Canadian reprint, just added (see mirror link above), has the coupon info removed from the Joe Palooka ad at the end of the book.
