Hello from New Hampshire!
« on: April 09, 2016, 12:00:14 PM »
Hello! You can call be either hp or Kon. I'm a seventeen year old high school student from New Hampshire, USA. I'm mostly on this website for research purposes for a paper I'm working on, but I'm super excited to read the comics on here. Especially Captain Marvel stuff, Kid Eternity and the Spirit! I'm happy to be part of the community!  :)

Welcome Kon, enjoy the exploration of a unique art form.  Speaking as one who has been reading comics for 65 years,  I hope you have as much fun reading as I have. There is a lot of history as well as entertainment to find in the comics found here. Always glad to see the younger generation take an interest.  Read well,
CBPop

Welcome Aboard Kon,

I'm just a touch younger than CBpop. By the time I was your age I was starting to collect Golden Age comics via Snail Mail.

The stuff you mention are all high quality. If you want to see adventure stories about folks your age, as opposed to Archie type stories, I suggest trying the Novelty group. Target Comics & Blue Bolt Comics have teen inventors and wonder kids at military & boarding schools. Plus there are strips like the Target & the Targeteers & Scacehawk.
