Couldn't agree with your more DM.
I'm proud as heck to be part of such an amazing site as DCM.
Long may it live.

As long as we're going down this road, as many times as I've said it, I don't think I can say it enough:  Anybody can post stuff for download.  If it wasn't for the community--a group that we might remember includes people who scan books they don't like; share their physical possessions, skills, and wisdom with (I assume) a smile; and manage to discuss even sensitive topics politely and inclusively--this wouldn't be nearly as much fun.

Just wanna confirm how marvelous it is to be a part of this gang.
I joined the scanning trade just two years ago and wasn't there when GAC started.
But I found DCM pretty soon after it went online.
Still can't believe we're only three years old.
On this forum I connected with JVJ and even got to know the man in person!
Since then I'm proud to scan and edit (my way) any old obscure comic book.

Round of applause to all of our admins and moderators and people who keep this site running!

Thanks T, but we wouldn't be what we are today without all the folks that scan all those books. (Clap, clap)
So scanners a big pat on the back to you.
I too have to say the same as Yoc, I'm proud to be part of DCM.

I have to say (and may have said it before), DCM is one of the best results of the Internet and the digital era and a never-ending marvel for me.
Totally reignited my interest in old comics, even to the point of taking a turn at scanning some books, the few in my collection that weren't already here.
To me, this place embodies the true spirit of comics fandom.
I've backed up nearly all the books found here for fear that some disaster might hit DCM, like it did GAC a couple years back.
The admins here, the scanners, and the donors like JVJ, are all super-heroes in my universe!
