Hey Gang,
Some of you might only know Rangerhouse from his connection to the JVJ Project.
Yes, he's a driving force now producing 1000s of raw scans for Movielover and some others of us to edit and share on DCM.
But there's another side of this man of many talents. He's also enjoys commissioning artists to produce original art based on Goldenage Heroes that he especially enjoys. Using those he's started to create a series of
Rangerhouse Archives for sharing here on DCM in our Archives Section. (

Ranger just released his latest archive #5 - The Lost City Collection today! Here's a recap of all his collections - most of them involve me doing the graphic design, sometimes colouring images, and Erwin K. Roberts of fan-fic and pulp writing fame has done some of the introductions for these. Each is a very professional looking collection of a character or feature that deserves some extra attention by the members here on DCM.
Ranger's first collection came out in March 2012 as part of DCM's second anniversary:

Rangerhouse Archive 003 - The Complete Purple Zombie by Tarpe Mills (Eastern) - CLICK HERE Rangerhouse Archive 004 - The Complete Mann of India by Tarpe Mills (Eastern) - CLICK HEREThese two ran together as features in the first 12 issues of Reg'lar Fellers Heroic Comics from Eastern. The Zombie feature was truly strange jumping through time with an undead hero.
Mills would go on to some fame with her Miss Fury strip during the golden age. I helped with colouring the covers and doing all the graphic design.

And debuting today was
Rangerhouse Archive 005 - The Lost City Collection (Great Comics Pub) - CLICK HEREThis a truly unusual one worth a look as I bet almost nobody here has heard of it before. It's an incomplete adaption of a movie serial from 1935 considered by some one of the worst ever made. Packed with politically incorrect content you'll never see shown on tv - anywhere!
It's packed with over 40 scans of wonderful posters, lobby cards and foreign edition materials. Erwin K. Roberts returns with an fun intro and I again supply all the graphic design.
ALL of these are very well done collections with a lot more than just collecting the scans of each character. I'm excited about helping Ranger with more of these in the future!
