 Thanks to all involved for posting the book. I saw the film when I was about nine and the adaption is perhaps better than the movie, which had a lot of publicity at the time it was released for reasons other than what it was about.

What's the connection between Stories By Famous Authors Illustrators (Seaboard) and D.S. Publishing? DCM has them filed together and I don't know of any link. Curious minds want to know.

Hmm.  This was done before I joined the staff but it looks like it tracks back to Jerry Bails.

I wonder what this "Giffin" stuff is all about. Every D.S. comic clearly states that Richard Davis is the President of the company and I can't find Giffin connected to it anywhere. A cursory look doesn't show any Ownership Statements, either, which is odd considering that several D.S. titles went up to number 8 or 9. Does anyone have any Famous Author O.S. info? Is Giffin listed? As what? Maybe we can solve this.
