I bought the viewer and several hundred of the fiche from them. they had an office in new jersey. i believe the still sell a very reduced catalog. when marvel and dc started publishing their archives in the late 90's they forced the company to stop selling timely, dc and some fawcett books.

what sort of scanner do you use to scan a fiche? I know that can't be posted here, but I'd love to convert the my fiche to cbz files for personal use on my kindle fire.

It's a very time and labour intensive process J.
A scanner with 9600dpi resolution is recommended.

I can't recall how much the stuff sold for, but I received a bunch of the fiche and a reader from the company as a "demo" type thing through my job.  It was a little clunky by today's standards, but there were not the options back then that we have now.
