I'd guess something in the Classic newspaper section would be the oldest.
We just added one from 1922 the other day.

Define "comic book". The "one from 1922" is not "one" that I would classify as a "comic book". YMMV.

I think the oldest series we have would be our early run on The Funnies from Dell.  We have the first 29 issues, dating from 1936-1939, all cover to cover and from paper.

We certainly have older isolated items and various fiche scans, but that's probably our most solid early run of something.
