I am fuming right now.
 >:D
I know you mean well by telling me how to improve scans.
But I choose to do them my way and I think they are looking wonderful.

I am so mad because I do not see any point in converting miserable and badly printed books into data-intensive high-resolution humbug.

For today it's

Huh? You asked for help with this scan in the listing so I don't see what the problem is.

Man, comics are SERIOUS BUSINESS.  I am considering looking for a different hobby because people seem to be offended for every little darn thing.

I best just delete the work I have put into this ALL DAY. What was the point of asking???

I'm outta here for good.

OK, look...

Clearly, I'm getting here too late to the "party," but, while we're fairly liberal about what people say and do around here, we are what you might call obscenely militant about politeness.  The very few people we've specifically banned and are unwelcome are in that situation because they attacked another member.

If anybody chooses to get into a shouting match over a disagreement and take offense over suggestions or advice--welcome or not--such people will also be unwelcome here, because it's a far higher priority for us to have an open community.

Anybody preferring to insult and be insulted, you're perfectly welcome to head over to Reddit or 4chan or the like.  And anybody about to reply to ask what I mean, (a) send it as a private message, because I won't have the forum cluttered with excuses as to why it should be acceptable in this one case, and (b) phrase it very carefully, because I'm outright angry that we've lost a member over what looks to me like a childish pissing contest.

Whoa!!  What the heck?
Guys, please.  Let's keep things calm.

T, I don't think anyone was trying to tell you how you should or shouldn't be doing your scans or edits.  Everyone has their own methods and we've been much the richer for all your efforts.  ArKay I wish had taken a deep breath and waiting a bit before he resigned from the group.  My own comments might have contributed to this and if they did I'm truly sorry for it.  I was speaking in generalities and meant no offence to anyone on their own works.

I hope ArKay reconsiders his stance.  I truly believe we comics scan collectors to be one of the nicest groups of people you can meet with a deep appreciate for the original books and their intent to be read and not just collected like stamps.  Anyone who has gone through the scan process knows what a chore it can be from start to finish.  It's not for the faint of heart scanning some of these books!

T, I hope you weren't upset by anything I might have said.  You know we love you here man!

ArKay, if you happen to read this I hope you'll reconsider things are rejoin.  I think we just had a case of crossed wires here.

Sorry. I flared a temper.
Making up by giving you the extra-gory

MISTER MYSTERY #13

Sadly „only“ a photograph version, but I might be back later today with a true scan-sation.

Another rare and missing horror book is in the making, courtesy of our fiendish friend DIABLO.

ArKay's re-edit of True Crime 009 is now up!

I tweaked the title and description so people would see it was a new edit and not a repost of the old.
Bold my addition as well.

Thanks ArKay!
And thanks of course to JVJ for his comic and tilliban for his original scan and edit.

IMHO it's technically not a re-edit because I used the raw, unedited scans.
"re-edit" makes it sound like I took tilliban's edit and messed with that, no?  :-\

Apart from that I'm back! Sorry I left so fast.

I forgot to thank you T, when I saw this book posted last night.
I'm a little behind on my posting due to my wife's heath problems.
