Just informing you that I am signing out for the next two and a half weeks. Going on my family summer vacation – to the Offline Islands!
Nah, I’m traveling tot he volcanic isle of Stromboli (north of Sicily). Ever heard of that? It’s fabulous, been there before.
But I’ll be cut off from the rest of the world. So do not be alarmed by my absence or my not returning mails or such. The last days of July will see me back in the computer saddle again.

Welcome back! I meant to tell you before you left that when we Americans say "Break a leg!" it means have great success. It is not to be taken literally. You silly Germans...

Nice to have some time to get back into the conversation. ImageS is at the printer and I'm waiting for the proof copy to review. Until then, it's just relaxing and trying to catch up on little things like doing the laundry and cleaning the house. We have tickets for Paris for Sept. 28. So plan your visit accordingly. The weekend of Oct. 10-14 is taken, but all else is open. Hope to see you there.

Was 1200 re. 1300 pix before.
