Nice!
I've renamed it slightly to follow our usual way for differing between two versions on the site.

Yeah, that's no problem.

Any idea where I would find this book here?  CB+ has it listed as "Mysteries Weird And Strange".  I can't even find Superior here.

It says that DCM has a scan, but the link just leads to the site and not to a book.

Thank Geo.
I believe CB+ would have it in their Canadian section as well.

Thanks!

I dunno, I just select horror at CB+ and there it is.  Here it's well hidden!

Ah.  Search by genre is something we haven't done.  .
It's on our 'to-do' list for down the road.
Here I would just suggest using the Search feature and type the name of the comic.

Well, I better get used to using the search field then.  I don't know why I seldom use it.  This time I wasn't 100% sure of the title.

It's not the first time I have struggled finding something here since I always use the publisher drop-down which only shows the first level.
Would it also show the contents of the levels below it would make life easier.

Genres help if you're browsing for new stuff I guess, they're nice-to-have.  I have tags/keywords on my cover site so whenever I upload a picture I add a keyword.
It's mostly horror anyway though haha.

Adding genre information to all of the books here sounds like a lot of work! :)

Hi ArKay,
Nice job on your covers site!  I recall some of those 70s gore mags from my youth.

Well, people, ArKay has a point here.
DCM could be structured more user-friendly.
We really should install something like genre-search!

In the meantime I will shoot up a nice Story book:

Personally I'd love to see an 'artist' or 'character' search but yes, 'genre' search is something that we have on the to-do list.

That photo gallery software I use doesn't have genre information so I'm thankful for the "Keywords" field which could be used for other things as well.
If you go to the search page it will list all of the keywords. http://covers.arkay.de/search.php  You can add multiple keywords of course.  They're hip!

If you're going to add all that metadata you'll soon turn into a 2nd GCD haha.  There should be a way to integrate their data, eh?

That's what we hope to do at some point ArKay.
GCD has given permission for use of the data.

That's cool! I use ComicVine's data (they have a public API) for tagging my cbzs, there's a nice ComicRack plugin for it.

I tried finding a good PC program for indexing my paper collection.  It seems to be an impossible task.
The ones I tried all had problems indexing many of my horror books so I gave up!  ComicVine is great, as is the GCD.
But those programs use their own database, duh.  Reinventing the wheel over and over again.
