Ach, we scanners live a carefree and swinging life.
Bruised my knee badly - though not by skiing, but hitting the bedpost in my room at night.
Anyway: I'm back after a sleepless night in a 40-year-old and overcrowded bus.
And glad to upload the second to last ACE war book:

Great news for all the fans of pre-code horror.
Not only is my Parisian Pow-wow with JVJ planned and canned for the weekend (when I will get all the missing horror books from STANDARD), but I throw in a book of my own now:

JOURNEY INTO FEAR #21

And I do this just to tease Jim with some "Superior" artwork.
Harhar.
See you with the funny pages!

Thanks T and I hope your visit with Jim is as much fun as your first meeting.
I'm sure you'll have lots to talk about.

Thanks for the uploads.

Is anyone planning on scanning the few remaining Harvey horror issues? I seem to remember that JVJ has them all and was wondering if they were on someone's to do list.

Good point. But since there's so much Harvey online, I did not consider it a priority. Will keep it in mind...

I am back from my meeting with JVJ which was nothing less than fabulous.
We wined, we dined, we talked and burned three comic books from Gilmor.
Kidding!
I brought back a big stack of Standard horror books and ALL of the Premier Magazines (41 books).
Question to our administrators:
Will I sort them under "Small publishers" or are you setting up a "Premier section"?

For the time being I uploaded it to "Smallies".

@Yoc: Thank you very mucho for setting up that nice Premier section!

@Jim: Not true. I wined AND beered, to be precise, and would have schnapsed as well, but we didn't come around to that.
As a sign that I do not bear a grudge over that incomplete remark, I am uploading a book of my own. Dedicated to all the comics historians I beered with:

DARLING LOVE #2

From MLJ/Archie. Got this before I knew that Jim has got it himself, too - of course.

Thank you T, those romance books seem to draw the downloads.
