My name is jin woo Choi, working for 15th Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF) as a manager of
International Digital Cartoon Dept at our festival committee

In my digital cartoon dept, we also running cartoon competition titled 6th International Digital Cartoon Competiton
So i'd like to publicize our digital cartoon competition more widely through this website, The Digital Comic Museum

This year's regulation and entry form will be revised by this week so i can post these by the middle of next week
Is it ok for me to post our regulation on this board ?

Our SICAF2011 6th International Digital Cartoon Competition regulation is now confirmed and it's time to get applicants works now !!
