And should any of you be scratching your heads over WHY I would send my comics off through the mail to be scanned by folks I've never even met, it's because of th0se index cards.

Hames Ware and I have spent the last 40 years researching the folks who created the comics I'm sending off. We've identified scads of artists (W.B. Smith, Ralph Cone, Bob Correa, Pierre Charpentier, Pierce Rice, etc.) who have done scads of comics but received only a couple, if any, credits. By updating and including my index cards with the scanned comics, Hames and I are assured, thanks to many diligent fans, that the information we've gathered and discovered over the decades will migrate to the GCD where it will be, finally, available to everyone.

All the handling, updating, mailing, and refiling is worth it to me to get this wealth of information into the public domain. Enjoy. And thanks to those who take the time and effort to transcribe the data for GCD.
