No need to include '(c2c)' in the name here unless it was formerly incomplete or another version was shared that was incomplete.  That's the rule I've always tried to apply though many seem to include it all the time.

The only ones that I included the (c2c) on were 29 and 35, which were only 14 and 15 pages on the other version.

The only other diff version that would have had it would have been 59, which I assume the JVJ version would have included the missing pages, haven't looked.
