CENTAUR's "Sapphire Eye of Sehkmet" FP v1 3-10

"Sapphire Eye of Sehkmet" or as it should be properly written "Sapphire Eye of Sekhmet".

I tripped across this odd little 2p per issue story and actually got quite involved in it.
I kind of figured (shame on me) that FP v1 #11 was the final piece of the story.
I was wrong... Can anyone tell me if the Sapphire Eye of Sehkemt ends at FP v1 #10 and was never completed? or does it continue someplace else that I should be searching.

I just kinda want to see the end.

For anyone who doesn't know.

Sekhmet is a Goddess of War and Destruction in the Egyptian myths.

She was the sister and wife of Ptah. She was created by the fire of Re's eye. Re created her as a weapon of vengeance to destroy men for their wicked ways and disobedience to him (see The Story of Re).

Having once unleashed her powers for the destruction of mankind, the Egyptians feared a repeat performance by Sekhmet. The Egyptian people developed an elaborate ritual in hopes she could be appeased. This ritual revolved around more than 700 statues of the goddess. The ancient Egyptian priests were required to perform a ritual before a different one of these statues each morning and each afternoon of every single day of every single year. Only by the strictest adherence to this never-ending ritual could the ancient Egyptians be assured of their ability to placate Sekhmet.

She is generally portrayed as a woman with the head of a lioness surmounted by the solar disk and the uraeus. The name "Sekhmet" comes from the root sekhem which means "to be strong, mighty, violent".

She was identified with the goddess Bastet, and they were called the Goddesses of the West (Sekhmet) and the East (Bastet). Both were shown with the heads of lionesses although Bastet was said to wear green, while Sekhmet wore red.

What a Sapphire Eye has to do with this particular Goddess is beyond me. Especially when you consider that fact that the stone was suppose to allow the user who peered through it to be able to see through objects (Thus making treasure finding easier).

Would have been cool if the Sapphire Eye of Sekhmet was not what legends made it out to be (within this piece of fiction and the world it appears in)... Unless of course there is an end to this story and it does either...

1) allow our protagonists to find and discover the true use of the "Eye of Sekhmet".

2) discover that the eye was some sort of lure to trap greedy people.

or whatever they may have come up with...

ANYHOW... if anyone knows about the end piece of this story (if it exists)... please let me know.

It doesn't appear as if "The Sapphire Eye of Sekhmet" was continued anywhere else, but I could be wrong and maybe it's hidden away in some obscure comic I've never heard of.  Seems like all of the features from the first 11 issues of "The Comics Magazine/Funny Pages" were simply dropped when Ultem Publications picked-up the title and handed production over to Harry A Chesler's shop.  Shame, too, as there are more than a few features that I would have liked to have seen continue, such as CC Kid, Dickie Duck, Sights About Town, Learn Cartooning, just to name a few I like.

I figured it might be something of that nature.
So likely I will never know what it truly is... Maybe I should see if the author took it elsewhere. Titled it differently maybe.
