Weird comic.
No credits data in GCD.

I found "FO" (Fred Ottenheimer?) in the splash panel of Dorothy and Digby.

Much of the rest of the art looks like Kirby / Simon&Kirby to me.

Maybe the cover but the cover story 20,000 Lugs Under the Sea definitely looks like Kirby/S&K.

Build It Yourself looks like maybe Simon.

Comet Feldmeyer looks like (S&)Kirby.

Rex Mortgage MD maybe Kirby.

Comments, Jim or anyone else?

Not the whole book.

He doesn't credit (Simon and/or) Kirby with "Old Love" (6 pages), some but not all of which does look like MAYBE S&K.
Look at pg. 3 bottom left panel -- redhead looks like a Kirby woman -- etc.

Nor does he credit S &/or Kirby with "Dorothy and Digby" (4 pages) -- which has the initials "FO" in the splash panel.
Fred Ottenheimer is credited in GCD for art in an earlier From Here to Insanity.
