a better fc from hag added; the bc had the top 1/3 cut off, so a complete ibc from the same month's Target replaces the damaged one; but the damaged bc remains.
The oldie is deeleeted!

A new dc++ find: Popular Comics 24 (Annie is dumped)

The Popular section info needs a fix; it now says:

"Little Orphan Annie is in the following issues - please remove her stories if you are going to upload these:
 1-19, 22, 26, 27, 31, 65, 66"

but, all issues from 1 to 27 have an Annie story (after that she was transferred to Super Comics). The later appearances are in house ads.
