OK, Ill take the bait: WHICH ONE'S THE KIRBY??? By this late date he'd really be slumming to sell a panel gag to a rag like this one; this "J. Oakes" isnt above swiping from Jefferson Machamer, I see Boltinoff was not above slipping the occasional one-off to dumpsters like this for pocket money, and the oooold hand "Rayon" even turns up, but there's a LOT of unsigned gags, so which one is the Kirby?

I believe that is the name of the publisher, not the artist.
