This is a very rare giveaway from June, 1964.  Not even listed in Overstreet.  There was no #1-4 printed as far as we know.

They share a scan of the same book there but this is an all new scan.

A very enlightening comic, some of the things in it still hold true today. A true time capsule of the 1960s, and the plans for a better society.

1-4 could/should have been Hell's Kitchen, Little Italy, Chinatown, Barrio, if it was keeping the same city ghetto theme. Be pretty cool if that was the case.
