All Surprise Comics

Is it permitted to upload All Surprise Comics published by Chipiden Publishing Corporation 1944-1946, issues 3,4,6,11.
I am getting kind of confused to find out if they are public domain or not, and perhaps someone can tell me right away.
I can't seem to find them on the site.

No, that is under the Timely umbrella, which became Atlas, which then became Marvel
