Illo #9 with caption, "Outside the forbidden pages of deSade, you find draining a girl's blood only in children's comics."; also used in text, p. 161 and 181 (both of which are not mentioned in Overstreet). Although this reprints Red Seal #16, it is likely that Wertham read this book and not Red Seal #16 because the SOTI page 161 reference does not appear in Red Seal #16. This is another instance where Wertham misquoted a comic. The text piece he cites is called "Lessons In Larceny", but Wertham calls it "Lessons For Larceny."
