Apparently, this is a re-covered edition of an un-distributed issue of Animal Crackers (Fox, 1950 series) - According to MyComicShop.com. I myself do not have any knowledge as to how accurate this may be.

Well whatever the facts may be this is potentially unique in that its contents are sufficiently carelessly assembled to have been an IW ORIGINAL, if such things existed. Just LOOK at how awful these strips are!!! How great is that??? I love every poorly constructed page.
