Description: O.K. Comics
Sunset Smith by Chas. M Quinlan
the Phanton Knight by Karin O'Dowd is also by Ray Willner
Little Giant
Leatherneck the Marine by Charles A. "Chuck" Winter
Don Ramon of the Rurales PROBABLY Charles Quinlan and Al Carreno - at least that who it looks like to me - though it is not clearly either.

Pal Peyton and his Flying Fortress
The Adventures of the Teller Twins by Ray Willner
The Further Adventure of Ulysses of Ancient Greece by Charles A. "Chuck" Winter
Kip Jaxon of the Varsity by Geo Papp

(JVJ Knowledge Update with many added above)
Jerry Bly is signed "Max Neill"
Pal Peyton is quite good, but not a style I can pin down. POSSIBLY it is Don Lynch.
India is a ?
Stamps is Worth Carnahan, the India one is signed and he MIGHT be doing Pony Express, but they are so stylistically diverse that I can't say.

Beautiful scans, some stunning graphics, and the stories aren't bad either! Too bad the publisher and date are unknown.
