The second story " Come Back Bathsheba " looks a lot like Jack Davis. I'm sure it is his work.

It is Howard Nostrand art. A lot of people have mistaken him for Davis over the years, Nostrand made a his reputation copying Davis, sometime with more detail and emotion but without the speed or originality. Or the fame. Many of the "old" Harvey artists studied EC comics to gain inspiration for their their horror comics. Vintage interviews confirm this.
