| Synopsis: |
Nerdy college student Tod has a crush on “campus lovely” Amy, but she is dating football hero Bink. When Tod steps in to defend Amy during an argument with the burly Bink, Bink is accidentally injured and will miss the big football game. Tod arranges to have rival team's player Ace sidelined by overfeeding him at the soda shop where Tod works, and becomes a hero himself when his school’s team wins. Amy says she loves Tod because of his “character, intelligence, courage.” |
