I think incomplete scans from 'The Horrors of It All' could discourage scanners - just as the various unauthentic reprints of EC comics seems to have discouraged scanners of originals. |

A real scanner can't be "discouraged". :-) Though I am against uploads of SINGLE stories, I think MOST of the stories of a book are better than nothing. |

Amusing (and discouraging) that this pitifully brief excerpt still manages to include the full-page wallet ad from the back of the book. |

Hi gang,
I can see Robert's point but something is better than nothing in the end. And we take the opportunity to remind people we are looking for more and even willing to help with scanning their comics.
The wallet ad is just something that was available and one page closer to completing the comic.

Greetings, & many thanks to all...As a frequent user of this invaluable site, I find incomplete, or complete books, a blessing/curse (lol), when deciding to buy a book online....Any book may have a great cover, but you don't have the pleasure of perusing it, beFORE you BUY it....Also, let's not kid ourselves...These books are becoming impossible to find, so incomplete, or whatever, is always going to be better than nothing...I love this site, & the "Curators" of this Museum, are to be praised for any attempt at uploading a rare book, &. Allowing a fellow collector the opportunity to read it, many times, for NOTHING.....If you can't DONATE to this site, at least HELP by uploading, not complaining....Regards, DIABLO! |

Excellent sharp scan. I scan a lot in my free time but I don't have personal copies of comics. However it looks like you used the descreen setting which some don't. |
