||Madge is attracted to co-worker Jack, but he doesn’t seem interested. One day, Jack quits his job. Madge tracks him down at his new apartment. Jack is a widower with a young daughter. He says he got a better job, and pretended not to be interested in Madge because he didn’t think she’d want the “burden” of a child. Madge doesn’t care, because she loves Jack.
