Numbers 1 and 4 come from IW reprints.

The GCD says the publisher is Stanhall and a complete issue of the original issue 4 is listed under Stanhall in the Small Publishers section.

Do the issues currently held in the BNSP section need moving to Stanhall?

Hi Dave,
I see none in the Better section.  I've moved the partial IW reprint of #1 to Stanhall and left the #12 in IW as we already have a scan of Stanhall's #4 from an original there.
