Not sure why 20 people voting gave a rating of 9.6.  Eagle and Buddy are not bad, long complicated stories work well, despite some major stereotyping issues concerning Native Americans in the first story.  The back ups, Spider Queen and Johnny Spook, are much more interesting.  Spider Queen shoots powerful webs from wrist shooters, and plays villains like puppets, all the while saving her red blooded, but inept, detective boyfriend when he keeps working cases she is working.  Johnny Spook takes place in a small European kingdom, Luzano, whose boy king, Nickie, is protected by the ghost of his friend and mentor from Nazis.  The boy king runs around in what can only be described as royal drag with shorts on underneath, and the ectoplasmic artwork has that incredible, somewhat delirious, raw art feel of artists like Fletcher Hanks.  That story seems to me a memorable oddity in the vast sea of Golden Age stories.
