Inside indicia is wrong on this issue, it is #16 as stated on the front cover, not Vol. 1 #3 as on the isfc.  Charlton took over with issue #14 (5/'55).
Issue #14 started out with reprints from earlier St. John issues such as "Canteen Kate" by Baker.
