Am not too happy with my own scan here, because HORRID printing like this provides for imbalanced scans. If anyone wants to take a photo-shop-shot at this, contact me. I can fix you up with the raw scans (but they are off-square and show the plastic sheets). Ah, sometimes these old books are hellish…

They are slightly blurry, I dunno how much this can be fixed. Sharpening can only do so much.
It could be cleaned up and straightened at least. And I have uploaded a good touched up version
of the original (American) cover at GCD which could be used to salvage this one. Just let me know. :)
