This latest upload has 17 pages that show up with the fractured scan image instead of the actual scan.  This includes the outer front cover and the first interior page.  I checked, and the recent upload of this same file on CB+ demonstrates identical problems.  As it turns out, this is only true with the CDisplayEx viewer, not the older CDisplay or a couple of other viewer programs that people commonly use.  The suggested solution is to unpack the zip file and re-zip the contents.  This worked fine for me after I finally figured out how to do it.
